We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Vacation Rental Operations General Manager to lead our team and elevate our vacation rental properties. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue growth across multiple properties. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of vacation rental operations, including day-to-day operations, managing guest services, and ensuring proper vendor coordination.
- Implement operational strategies to maximize occupancy rates, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting processes, manage financial operations, and ensure efficient management of hospitality operations budgets.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication and trusted advice.
- Train and manage hospitality teams, fostering a positive work environment that emphasizes excellent customer service and team collaboration.
- Oversee maintenance coordination and home preventative care programs.
- Monitor operating expenses and maintain inventory management procedures to maximize market profitability.
- Maintain high standards of guest relations by ensuring seamless check-in/check-out processes, handling guest inquiries professionally, and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards related to hospitality operations.

Experience
- (Required) Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- (Required) Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role.
- (Preferred) Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
- (Preferred) Background in hotel management or vacation rental operations with a strong understanding of guest services and hospitality standards.
- (Preferred) Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, and managing hospitality teams effectively.

Compensation
- $78,000–$82,000 annual salary
- Performance-based bonus eligibility bringing potential salary OTE to $102,000
