About the Role
Sporticulture is looking for reliable and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Personnel to join our team. The role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and framing.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Lift and move boxes and packages weighing up to 50 lbs. consistently
- Organize and place products on warehouse racks
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Assist with framing and related warehouse tasks
- Operate saw machines and cut frames, if experienced
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
- Follow instructions and established procedures
- Work effectively and respectfully with the team
Requirements
- Able to consistently lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred, But Not Required
- Previous warehouse, moving, or physical labor experience
- Forklift experience or certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
