Job Description
Cornerstone Dental Lab is seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Lab Technician to join our growing team in Southern Maine. As a Dental Lab Technician, you will work alongside our experienced laboratory team to fabricate and finish a variety of dental prosthetics and restorations. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive and team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, finish, and repair dental prosthetics and restorations.
- Read and interpret prescriptions and work orders from dental providers.
- Assist with denture setup, processing, finishing, and repairs.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures, industry regulations, and laboratory protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dentists, staff, and team members regarding case requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous dental laboratory experience preferred (2 years).
- Experience with removable prosthetics, dentures, implants, or digital workflows is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
