Key Responsibilities:
- Support Occupational Therapists in developing and executing care plans.
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve mobility and daily function.
- Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and home programs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
- Adaptability to work in skilled nursing facilities and rehab settings.
- Ability to follow treatment protocols and adjust care as needed.
Requirements:
- Active California COTA license.
- 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy (SNF experience preferred).
- Current BLS Certification (AHA preferred).
