PBT is a multi-disciplinary company. We are a searching for a mental health therapist to join our team and more comprehensively serve our community. We are looking for a therapist (e.g., LPC, LCSW) to serve pediatric clients in our Buda location and virtually. If applicants also work with adults, couples, or families, that is a bonus.
This position is part time and can move to full-time, depending on the clinician's preference, experience, client availability, and other factors. Pay to commensurate with education and experience. Salary between $70,000-$80,000 for full-time. Options for part-time salary and hourly pay. Medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as PTO are available for employees who work 30+ hours per week.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or similar field from an accredited university
- Currently and fully licensed in the state of Texas (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LP; no associates)
- Experience working with Neurodivergent pediatric clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant clinical experience as a fully licensed professional
- 5+ years working with neurodivergent populations or their families, Autism in particular
- Experience working with co-occurring Autism and mood disorders
- Experience working with clients between 5-20 years old
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary/interdisciplinary setting
