Detailed Job Description
Cipro Contractors, a young, expanding small business, is looking to add a friendly, customer-focused sales professional to our team. As a sales representative, you will go out and meet with several prospective clients who have contacted us and asked for our service.
You will go on site visits and meet clients, talk to them about their needs, give them realistic quotes, explain the benefits of working with CIPRO CONTRACTORS, and schedule the work in our calendars. It is your responsibility to turn these opportunities into sales and clients.
The ideal applicant will possess:
- a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and estimates for residential and/or commercial projects in the construction/renovation, or other home service industries
- drive for achieving goals and a history of hitting and surpassing sales goals
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to sell the benefits of CIPRO CONTRACTORS
- Good listening skills and the ability to discern the needs of the client
- What it takes to be an enthusiastic team member who enjoys watching others succeed
- a capacity for self-motivation, dependability, and purposeful behavior
Pay: $62,770.00 - $78,250.00 per year

Experience:
- Construction and Home Service Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction sales and estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
