Pay & Shift Details
-1st Shift
Monday – Saturday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $16.00/hr
-2nd Shift
Monday – Saturday | 4:00 PM – Until Production Ends
Starting Pay: $16.50/hr
Daily overtime available
Part-time positions available (3 days/week)
Full-time opportunities available
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our production team, you’ll help prepare fresh lettuce and produce products for packaging and distribution. This is an active, hands-on role in a refrigerated production environment.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Cutting, trimming, peeling, and cleaning lettuce and produce
- Packaging products into bags and boxes
- Keeping production lines moving efficiently
- Working in cold, wet conditions (32–36°F)
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Safely using knives, peelers, and production tools
- Lifting up to 35–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Supporting additional production tasks as needed
