Your Role:
- Install and activate internet service, routers, and related equipment at customer homes and businesses while providing friendly, professional customer service throughout the process
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, service, and equipment issues
- Install and mount equipment such as routers, radios, dishes, and other hardware on a variety of structures including homes, barns, and commercial buildings
- Route, run, and secure cables through attics, basements, crawl spaces, and exterior walls while maintaining a clean and professional installation
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining services, and ensuring customers have a positive experience
- Work safely at heights up to 80 feet while installing and maintaining wireless internet equipment
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient daily operations

Schedule & Pay
- Wednesday–Saturday | 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (4-day, 10-hour schedule)
- Starting pay: hourly dependent on experience, paid bi-weekly
- No travel, home every night
- Year-round, steady work
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year in a field technician role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
