ORAM Hotels, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Accountant to oversee the daily accounting operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial concepts, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As the General Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all departments operate smoothly and efficiently to accounting matters, while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general accounting duties, including but not limited to tax preparation, general ledger accounting, and financial statement preparation.
- Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and assist in the analysis of financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial acumen and understanding of corporate finance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Note: 3yrs Experience in private equity or hotel industries is required.
