Posse seeks Hired Interviewers to assist our professional staff in an exciting and a rewarding hands on opportunity to select Posse Scholars.

Posse Scholarship Hired Interviewer Responsibilities & Time Commitment:

- Reviewing applications of scholarship semi-finalists.
- Conducting interviews and taking notes in 25-minute sessions with semifinalists in partnership with Posse staff.
- Deliberating with Posse staff on each semi-finalist interviewed.

Scores from Hired Interviewers help determine which semi-finalists advance to the final stage of DAP. In addition, notes taken during interviews are used to compile a brief biographical statement for finalists, which becomes part of their application package for review and selection by our university and college partners.
