Position Summary
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and motivated Behavioral Technician (BT) to join our growing team! The Behavioral Technician will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy in the center/ home.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect accurate and timely data on each client’s progress.
- Support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Participate in regular team meetings, training, and supervision sessions.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and safe environment for clients and families.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (preferred but not required — we offer training and supervision for certification).
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is an advantage.
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability.
