Overview
We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. This role is all about managing daily restaurant operations, inspiring staff, and delivering exceptional customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of food and beverage management, and a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control.
- Lead hiring, training, and development initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Manage inventory control, food safety standards, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Supervise daily shift management, including scheduling, cash handling, and POS system operations
- Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality by ensuring excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff on food preparation, culinary standards, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Requirements
- 7+ Years Proven management experience in the food service industry, ideally with full-service and bar experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling experience is essential.
- Experience supervising teams in hospitality settings including training & development programs.
- Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment.
- Previous experience in full-service dining or hotel food service is a plus; catering or banquet experience is also beneficial.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
