We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and organized Front Desk Team Member to join our growing team. This position plays a key role is creating a welcoming first impression while keeping daily operations running smoothly. . You'll engage with guests in a friendly, energetic way and help enforce safety policies in a positive and proactive manner.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers promptly with a friendly attitude.
- Checking customers in/out (money handling)
- Maintain a clean and organized work enviorment.
- Communicate clearly and calmly with guests and team members
- Assist in park cleanliness, including sweeping, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment
- Engage and interact with guests in a fun, enthusiastic, and professional manner.

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Previous experience in customer service or childcare is a plus (but not required)
Work Environment:

- Must be comfortable working around large groups and loud noise.
- Will require evenings and weekends.
