Swanky Paws is seeking a seasoned, high-energy professional groomer to join our team. We focus on high-quality technical grooms and superior customer service in a diverse, welcoming environment.
The Role & Schedule
- Part-Time: 3-4 days per week.
- Mandatory Days: Friday and Saturday availability is required. No exceptions.
- Productivity: Must be able to groom 5 dogs per day while maintaining high quality.
- Hours: Shifts are 6–8 hours, starting at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM.
Compensation
Key Requirements
- Experience: Professional grooming experience is required.
- Customer Service: You must be outgoing and comfortable greeting clients, answering phones, and performing sales.
- Technical Literacy: Must be comfortable learning and mastering industry-specific software quickly.
- Communication: Must read and write English legibly. Spanish fluency is a plus.
- Reliability: Absolute punctuality and dependability are required.
