The Team Leader, Restaurant will provide professional, customer-focused service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is a memorable experience. They will work with the F&B management to ensure the team exceeds departmental goals, standards, & expectations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead by example, creating an environment where all guests and colleagues feel welcome, comfortable, and special
Assists F&B management with the restaurant operation, completing all tasks, duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned within set timelines
Act as an ambassador to their assigned F&B outlet, ensuring knowledge of the outlet’s menus, offerings, and activations

Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job in a safe manner, with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment for extended periods
- Frequent bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and pulling
- Lifting and carrying of loads weighing up to 50 pounds
- Working in outdoor environments, including high altitudes, that may present extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, rain, heat, wind, etc.
