Delivery Driver (Full-Time & Weekend Part-Time)Job Overview
We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent service to customers.
Drivers begin their routes at 6:30 AM and are responsible for delivering packages safely and efficiently within assigned service areas. Package volume is assigned based on each driver's experience, performance, and capacity.
We are hiring both:
- Full-Time Drivers
- Weekend Part-Time Drivers (Saturday and Sunday)

Compensation
This is a performance-based position. Compensation is paid per package delivered rather than by hourly wage.
- $1.60 per delivered package
- $1.00 per stop for multi-package deliveries (multiple packages delivered to the same address)
- Package volume is assigned based on individual performance and availability
- Higher-performing drivers may be assigned additional routes and package volume
Actual earnings vary depending on route density, delivery efficiency, and package volume.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow assigned delivery routes
- Load, organize, and deliver packages efficiently
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all assigned packages
- Use delivery applications and GPS navigation tools
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and management
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
- Provide courteous and professional customer service
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift and carry packages safely
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required
- Weekend availability is a plus

- Routes and package assignments vary based on business needs and driver performance
Pay: $130.00 - $300.00 per day
