Duties

- Maintain accurate pricing information and ensure proper merchandising on shelves and displays
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships
- Conduct heavy lifting as needed to handle inventory, stock shelves, or set up displays
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about product features, promotions, and benefits
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential
- Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record; experience in route driving is a plus
- Knowledge of pricing strategies, merchandising techniques, and upselling methods
- Strong math skills for handling transactions, inventory counts, and route planning
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, deliveries, and product displays effectively
- Military background or experience can be advantageous due to discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities
