Preferred
Qualification:
5-10 years of manufacturing experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Experience managing production schedules, budgets, cost control, efficiency improvements, staff development, hiring and performance management.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and equipment maintenance.
Proficiency in inventory and production control systems.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Knowledge of security, regulatory, and safety requirements
Note:
Plans, organizes, evaluates, and directs assigned facility operations and the work of staff and offenders engaged in production and associated activities within a correctional setting. Position may be filled as a 2 level based on education and experience. If position is filled on a 2 level the salary would reflect a higher compensation.
