We are looking for reliable, experienced Audio Visual Technicians and Lead Techs to support commercial audio visual installation throughout San Antonio, and traveling through out Texas.
Requirements:
- 2+ years AV cabling experience preferred
- Able to work throughout SA Metroplex, and travel in the surrounding areas
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and climb ladders
- Experience pulling/terminating Cat5e/Cat6, soldering and crimp AV connectors
- Able to read blueprints and schematics
Responsibilities:
- Pull, terminate RJ-45's, test, and label cable
- Install racks, patch panels, wall plates, projectors, and speakers
- Follow safety procedures (OSHA knowledge a plus)
- Communicate with PM and job site team
Qualified AV Installer must:
* Pass a background check and drug screen
* Possess a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's license
* Submit professional references to verify work history
* Have basic hand tools
Pay will be based upon experience ranging $22-$28/hr.
