About the Role
4Ever Young Miami Dadeland is seeking an experienced, patient-focused Wellness & Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team.
This is primarily a wellness-focused position, centered on hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptides, longevity, and preventive health. The ideal candidate will also have experience administering aesthetic injectables, particularly neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport. Dermal filler experience is preferred but not required.
We are looking for a provider who is confident discussing treatment options, interpreting laboratory results, developing individualized wellness plans, and building lasting relationships with patients. The right candidate will combine strong clinical judgment with an approachable, consultative style and a genuine interest in helping patients look, feel, and perform their best.
Primary Responsibilities
Wellness and Longevity
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and medical evaluations.
- Review symptoms, medical history, lifestyle factors, and laboratory results.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for: HRT, Peptides, GLP-1, Vitamin and nutrient optimization
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on symptoms, laboratory results, and clinical response.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Follow all clinical protocols, prescribing requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Support patient retention through proactive follow-up and a high level of service.
Aesthetic Services
- Perform aesthetic consultations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer neuromodulators, including Botox and Dysport.
- Identify opportunities to appropriately integrate aesthetic and wellness services into a comprehensive patient plan.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted professional license in the State of Florida.
- Experience in wellness, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, functional medicine, anti-aging medicine, or a related field.
- Previous experience administering Botox or other neuromodulators.
- Dermal filler experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of patient safety, clinical documentation, and informed consent.
- Ability to confidently explain treatment plans and laboratory findings in patient-friendly language.
- Excellent communication, bedside manner, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, memberships, and ongoing care plans without using a high-pressure sales approach.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
