Duties
- Prospect and qualify new leads through strategic research, outreach campaigns, and networking efforts to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present customized solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product teams, and sales colleagues to develop targeted campaigns, refine messaging, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or similar systems to track interactions, update client information, and monitor sales progress efficiently.
- Negotiate terms and close deals by demonstrating value propositions effectively while addressing client objections confidently.
- Develop strategic plans for market expansion, including analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new avenues for growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development management or sales roles with a strong track record of successfully closing deals within enterprise markets.
- Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, relationship management, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM software for managing client data and sales pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of sales negotiation techniques and deal-closing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Experience working collaboratively across teams to develop integrated marketing strategies and support organizational goals.
- Prior experience in enterprise selling environments or large-scale account management is highly desirable.

Pay: $26,200.00 - $120,000.00 per year
