Duties associated with this position include:
- Clean and sterilize equipment and components per procedure;
- Set up, operate, and maintain vial wash production equipment;
- Supply assigned position with materials/items to complete work per procedure;
- Clean equipment, walls, and floors in APA work areas;
- Adhere to aseptic practices while working in a cleanroom environment;
- Complete batch record documentation ensuring entries are accurate and legible;
- Obtain production materials and components per procedure;
- Perform required calculations;
- Process returned and rejected materials per procedure;
- Use and monitor specific parameters in equipment operations;
- Ensure load configurations are correct;
- Check for leaks or other abnormalities;
- Respond to alarms or malfunctions per procedure.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven mechanical ability. Strong attention to detail, self starter with a high level of motivation.
Typical Hours: Typical 1st shift hours are 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mandatory OT schedule is 6:00AM - 6:30PM.
Rate is commensurate with experience.
