longévité is a boutique, physician-led aesthetics and longevity medicine practice in Darien, Connecticut. We combine evidence-based medicine, advanced aesthetics, preventative health, and personalized longevity strategies to help patients look and feel their best at every stage of life.
We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team and work closely with our founder, Dr. Sarah Lacarrubba, DO.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about aesthetic medicine, longevity, wellness, and building meaningful patient relationships.
The Role
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, clinically thoughtful, and excited to work in a high-touch concierge environment. You will have the opportunity to develop expertise across both aesthetic medicine and longevity/functional medicine, with training and mentorship from Dr. Lacarrubba.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting comprehensive patient consultations and follow-ups
- Developing individualized longevity and wellness treatment plans
- Managing patients receiving medical weight-loss therapies, including GLP-1 medications
- Supporting hormone optimization and longevity-focused care
- Performing aesthetic consultations and treatments, depending on experience
- Neurotoxin and injectable treatments
- Supporting laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments
- Vitamin injections and wellness therapies
- Reviewing laboratory testing and helping patients understand their results
- Recommending evidence-based supplements and lifestyle interventions
- Building long-term relationships with a boutique patient population
- Maintaining excellent documentation and clinical standards
- Collaborating closely with Dr. Lacarrubba and the longévité team
Who We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active Connecticut PA or NP license
- Prescriptive authority in Connecticut
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Excellent bedside manner
- Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
- Genuine interest in aesthetics, longevity, preventative medicine, and wellness
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a physician
- Commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience
Preferred:
- Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, functional medicine, or longevity medicine
- Experience with neurotoxins and/or dermal fillers
- Experience with lasers or energy-based devices
- Experience managing GLP-1 medications
- Interest in hormone optimization and peptide/longevity medicine
We are open to candidates who have strong clinical experience but are newer to aesthetics. Training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate.
