The Role As our full-time prep cook, you are the backbone of our kitchen—you set our entire line up for success every single day. While the prep station is your main home, we operate like a real family: we step up for each other, jump in during a rush, and do whatever it takes to serve incredible meals to our guests.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting Quality: Wash, chop, and prepare fresh vegetables, meats, and our classic sauces strictly from traditional recipes.
- Mastering the Space: Keep your station spotless, organized, and stocked so the kitchen runs like clockwork.
- Being a True Teammate: Jump in wherever needed—whether that’s helping plate during a dinner rush, taking on light cleaning, or backing up the line.
- Guarding Our Flavor: Taste, inspect, and ensure every batch meets the high standards of freshness our guests expect.

- Availability: Seeking a dedicated, full-time team member ready for consistent weekly shifts.
