Job Title: Robotic Welder

Salary: $18-20/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Robotic Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating robotic welding machines to join metal parts, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate robotic welding machines to fuse metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols.
- Set up welding equipment, adjust settings, and monitor weld quality.
- Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear, including gloves, goggles, and welding shields.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a robotic welder or in a similar manufacturing/welding role preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret Blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify welding defects.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in welding.
- Welding certification (AWS, CWB, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
