Overview
We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and motivated CDL Driver that operates in Pennsylvania area that is willing to make weekly round trips to Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport materials and goods efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have strong driving experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work when needed. Diesel mechanic experience is strongly preferred, as this role may involve basic troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance support.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of commercial vehicles including flatbeds, semis, and tractor-trailers with manual transmissions.
- Transport materials and goods to designated locations while following all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and compliant for operation.
- Load, unload, and secure cargo properly using appropriate equipment and load-securing techniques.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, inspection reports, mileage records, and other required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, customers, and team members regarding schedules, delays, and delivery updates.
- Identify and report mechanical issues promptly; assist with troubleshooting when applicable.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment and work areas.
Requirements
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience required for insurance compliance.
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Ability to operate manual transmission commercial vehicles safely and confidently.
- Conversational English required for communication, safety compliance, and job-related responsibilities.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and transportation safety standards.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional attitude.
- Experience operating flatbeds, semis, and tractor-trailers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diesel mechanic experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Experience securing and transporting heavy or oversized loads.
