Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with seniors and their families to understand their preferences, needs, and budgetary constraints.
- Personalized Recommendations: Provide personalized recommendations for senior living options, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Facility Tours: Coordinate and accompany clients on tours of senior living communities to help them assess amenities, services, and atmosphere.
- Supportive Guidance: Offer compassionate support and guidance throughout the decision-making process, addressing concerns and answering questions.
- Facilitate Transitions: Assist clients with the transition process, including coordinating moving logistics, connecting them with additional support services, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and other relevant partners to stay informed about available options and resources.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in senior care to provide the highest level of service to clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in senior care, healthcare, social services, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with seniors and their families.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use relevant software systems.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client meetings and facility tours as needed.
