Kinder Konsulting is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing in-clinic ABA program. While our organization has been serving children and families for many years, our clinic-based ABA model is newer and continuing to grow, offering a unique opportunity for a BCBA who wants to be part of building something meaningful within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Our ABA clinic specializes primarily in serving very young children, with a particular focus on ages 2 to 5.
We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work, flexibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company that truly values both its clinicians and the families it serves.
Position Overview
- Schedule: Approximately 35 hours per week
- Compensation: $45–$60/hour, depending on experience
(approximately $81,900 – $109,200 annually based on a 35-hour workweek, with additional value through benefits — designed to support a sustainable and balanced workload)
- Structure:
- Minimum 25 hours clinical/billable
- Approximately 10 hours administrative + clinical support
Administrative time includes:
- Case review and clinical oversight
- RBT training and development
- Program development and quality improvement
- Compliance and documentation support
Please note: Approximately 3 hours every two weeks (drawn from administrative time) are dedicated to in-person group supervision with RBTs in the clinic, focused on case collaboration and team development.
Flexibility & Work Environment
We offer a hybrid structure, recognizing the importance of flexibility:
- A portion of administrative time can be completed from home
- Clinical hours are primarily in-clinic
This is also a highly collaborative role. We’re looking for someone who values being part of a true team environment — where BCBAs support one another, collaborate on cases, and step in when needed to help maintain consistency for both clients and staff.
A Collaborative, Multi-Disciplinary Setting
One of the unique aspects of this role is the opportunity to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team, including:
- Mental health therapists
- Psychiatrists
- Other clinical professionals
This allows for a more integrated approach to care, rather than working in isolation, and supports more comprehensive outcomes for the children and families we serve.
Our Approach & Culture
We recognize that many clinicians today are coming from environments that feel overly corporate or disconnected from the clinical mission.
That is not who we are.
Kinder Konsulting is:
- Clinician-led and mission-driven — not a private equity-backed organization
- Focused on quality care and meaningful outcomes, not volume
- Committed to ensuring our clinicians feel supported, respected, and valued
We believe strongly in taking care of both our clients and our clinicians, and in creating an environment where people can do their best work.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for a BCBA who:
- Wants to grow with a company and be part of a developing program
- Values collaboration and teamwork
- Enjoys mentoring and supporting RBTs
- Is interested in working within a multi-disciplinary environment
- Is committed to high-quality, ethical clinical care
Benefits
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Health insurance eligibility
- 401(k) participation
- Employer-paid:
- Short-term disability
- Long-term disability
- Life insurance
