Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Systems Administrator to join our Managed Services team. This role is responsible for providing technical support, administering Microsoft cloud environments, resolving escalated issues, implementing technology solutions, and assisting customers in maximizing the value of their Microsoft investments.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows environments and enjoys solving technical challenges while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position works closely with our Service Desk, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to support customer environments and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. The Systems Administrator reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated incidents and service requests across customer environments.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Windows environments.
- Configure and support Microsoft Intune policies, device enrollment, compliance policies, and Autopilot deployments.
- Assist with identity and access management including user provisioning, MFA, Conditional Access, and security policies.
- Troubleshoot desktop, server, cloud, networking, and application issues.
- Support endpoint management, device lifecycle management, patching, and system maintenance.
- Assist with customer onboarding projects, technology deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
- Document customer environments, technical procedures, standards, and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor customer environments and proactively identify issues requiring attention.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in technology projects, onboarding, and implementation activities.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation, time entries, and customer communications.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, documentation, automation, and customer outcomes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, accountability, and ownership.
- License and certification renewals. Understands Microsofts pricing and programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or MSP environments.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Working knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows administration.
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive administration.
- Understanding of endpoint management, device compliance, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting Windows desktop operating systems and business applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer requests simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
