JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician/ Assistant will assist the Maintenance Director with physical plant upkeep. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Support maintenance department.
- Ensure all physical plant and maintenance needs are met at all times per state regulation and company expectations.
- Provide a safe environment for our residents, families, staff, and visitors.
- Excellent communication with staff, residents, and families.
- Attend all in-services and on-the-job training.
- Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
- Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful criminal background check
Prior Maintenance experience required
Healthcare experience preferred
