Job Description
Responsibilities
· Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional manner.
· Process phone/fax/email sales orders.
· Establish & maintain close working relationships with our customers.
· Assist our Sales Representatives as needed.
· Follow up to ensure that customer issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
· Invoicing & Collections
· Process credit card payments.
· Assist/Backup Logistics team when needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
· 2 years or more Customer Service in an office environment.
· Outstanding phone and written communications skills
· Must be able to work independently.
· Superb organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to identify needs and offer solutions.
· Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
· Technically skilled at quickly learning various technologies and software.
· Must have proven track record of dependability and flexibility.
· Bi-lingual Spanish / English is a plus.
