CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER
Toyota Universe/Tri-County Lexus, located at on US Highway 46 in Little Falls, NJ, is looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager. The candidate must have auto dealership experience with prior customer service and manager experience. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to lead our customer service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee customer interactions, enhance satisfaction levels, and drive loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership. Your enthusiasm and strategic approach will ensure our customers experience the highest level of care and support.
Duties
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the customer service team to deliver outstanding service experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and promptness
- Coordinate with sales, management, and other departments to address customer needs effectively
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Negotiate resolutions that align with company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Train team members on communication skills, product knowledge, and conflict resolution techniques
