Job Summary:
The Well Service Rig Hand will assist with well servicing, pulling and running tubulars, and supporting rig-up/rig-down activities on various types of well sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in rigging up and rigging down.
- Participate pulling tubing, rods, and other downhole components during well servicing or well abandonment operations.
- Work includes groundwork, rig floor, or derrick as directed by the Well Service Rig Operator or Supervisor.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment using good oilfield practices.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and California state regulations.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods.
- Work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Tolerate exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and extreme weather (heat).
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and fit-for-duty test.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
