I'm partnering with a highly respected, long-established law firm known for advising successful individuals, families, and closely held businesses on sophisticated tax and succession matters. This is an outstanding opportunity for a tax attorney who wants to work on meaningful, high-level planning while building a long-term career in a collaborative environment.
The Opportunity:
This role sits at the intersection of tax, business, and estate planning, with a strong emphasis on complex intergenerational planning for privately held companies. You'll work closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters while also taking ownership of key client workstreams.
What You'll Do:

Advise clients on a wide range of federal income tax matters (individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates)

Structure and analyze taxable and tax-free transactions

Design and implement company succession and wealth transfer strategies

Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis

Draft client communications, planning documents, and technical memoranda
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in tax, business, or estate planning

Strong technical foundation in partnership and corporate taxation

Experience or interest in estate and trust planning

LL.M. in Taxation or CPA strongly preferred (or equivalent experience)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with a team
