Little Inspirations Childcare Center is searching for a professional, experienced, exceptional DPI licensed teacher to operate an Appleton Area School District 4K classroom inside Little Inspirations Childcare Center. This can be a full-time year-round position working with 4-year olds during the school year and over 5’s during the summer months if desired. Applicants must understand how important child development is and will be able to plan and implement age appropriate curriculum using the WMELS format and create a fun learning environment. Engaging the children in learning activities and self-help skills while maintaining an extremely clean and safe environment for learning and development is required. Additional necessities are to work cooperatively with a co-teacher and be a team player with excellent verbal and written skills for communication with staff, parents and the district. Must have a love for children and desire to help them develop daily. Experience in a school district and Early Childcare environment is a positive. We utilize Teaching Strategies Gold for observations and assessments and this is also a helpful tool for planning appropriate activities daily. Training in Teaching Strategies Gold is helpful but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Little Inspirations is proud to be an implementation site for Pyramid Model Standards so training would be helpful but this is another training availble.
