Shift & Pay

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Core Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales: Handle incoming customer calls and walk-ins by answering questions, providing excellent service, and following up with tailored product recommendations and price quotes.

Sales Team Support: Support the outside sales team by maintaining product literature/samples, communicating customer activity, passing along leads, and helping resolve order issues or following up on bids.

Financial & Billing Management: Determine appropriate billing situations (COD, Cash, Credit Card, or Invoice) and manage daily credit card processing alongside End of Month (EOM) sales reports.

Logistics & Accuracy: Ensure pricing and packing slips match perfectly when receiving or shipping materials, reconcile customer/vendor material returns, and handle daily mail, faxes, and FedEx shipments.

Team Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication with warehouse personnel to ensure customer needs are met, and comfortably assist with warehouse functions or additional tasks as directed by management.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of prior inside sales experience. High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, great time management, and the ability to learn industry processes, materials, and costs quickly.

Adaptability: Must be comfortable with change, possess the ability to think outside the box, and be flexible to assist in multiple departments.
