CLARK, CAMPBELL, LANCASTER, WORKMAN & AIRTH, P.A. is seeking a REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL with significant experience working in a law firm.
Responsible for reviewing title, preparing real estate and closing documents, conducting due diligence review and coordinating closings in connection with commercial and residential real estate transactions. Word, Excel, and Outlook expertise required. ClosingVue experience preferred.
We are seeking candidates with law firm experience as a Real Estate Paralegal. While knowledge of the real estate industry is valuable, this position is not intended for licensed real estate agents unless they also possess the required paralegal experience.
Successful candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and exceptional organizational skills, while being detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
