Next Dimension Roofing and Construction is looking to add an experienced Administrative Assistant to our staff. We are a family owned and operated company with offices throughout central Florida. Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, Team player and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients in a professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records in our systems.
- Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office to ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
- Support other administrative staff with clerical tasks as required.
- Perform duties as specified or designated by leadership from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; additional administrative training is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, with experience in the construction or roofing industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional, friendly demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate with a team.
- Bilingual candidates are desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is crucial for success in this position.
