Duties include but not limited to, hiring, training, accounts receivable/payable, schedule making and general day to day operations. Must be into Marketing and setting up catering events. Must be able to stand for long periods of time up to 10 hours per day and lift up to 50lbs. Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Ideal candidate must be outgoing, friendly, fair but stern.
