Job Summary
To establish, develop, and enhance relationships with auto dealers and other retail businesses.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Call on area dealerships and businesses to establish, develop, enhance and maintain our indirect lending channels.
- Train finance personnel at dealerships and GPCU to ensure that everyone is knowledgeable about program requirements and procedures.
- Prepare weekly reports regarding retail network contacts and new business efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to spend most of the time on the road calling on retail network participants.
- Educate and train dealers on credit union products.
- Promote sales within the dealer network.
Knowledge and skills preferred
- College Degree
- Three years of lending or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license
