Manufacturing Associate
ARCO is a manufacturer of OEM-quality electrical engine parts. Join our production team where we assemble Outboard Engine Starters, High Output Alternators and electronic components that are associated with those alternators. An attention to detail and high quality is a basic requirement for any successful candidate.
As our Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the following roles and responsibilities :
- Machine Operation
- Quality Assurance
- Assembly
- Perform necessary machine inspections before and after each use
- Practice safety protocol aligned with OSHA standards
- Follow manufacturing procedures
- Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner
- Accurately pick and sign for raw materials from the warehouse
- Maintain a neat workspace
- Complete all other tasks and duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Director of Manufacturing
- Cycle count and inventory accountability
- Follow all other receiving and put away procedures established by Operations Director
- Be able to lift 50lbs
- Be able to stand for duration of shift
- Follow all other company policies
Requirements:
- Must have experience in a High Quality Manufacturing Environment
- Must be mechanically or electrically inclined as products are primarily alternators or electric starter motors
- Shifts are from 6:30AM-5:00PM Monday - Thursday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
