Our therapists work one on one in natural settings like daycares, homes, and pre-school, plus our offices or remotely via teletherapy. We also place therapists in school-based settings, offering impactful support directly within public educational environments.

Job Description:
This is a temp full time position, due to maternity leave (12-14 weeks) with the potential to be a permanent position.
- Process/manage incoming referrals, intake forms, physician orders, and required documentation.
- Follow up on referrals, incomplete intake forms, missing documents, and next steps.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with families, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, texts, chats, and voicemails in a timely manner.
- Manage referral timelines, waitlists, and patient transitions to support timely access to services.
- Track and obtain required initial authorizations for services.
- Follow payer, regulatory, and company compliance procedures.

- Therapy or medical office setting
- Customer Service
- Google applications (Drive, Sheets, Voice)
- Remote professional work
