We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for our private Veterinary practice in Miami.
Full-time positions are available for candidates with strong communication, customer service, and computer skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to greeting visitors, admitting & discharging patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering a high volume of telephone calls, setting up new clients & patients, preparation & maintenance of medical records, mailings, computer operation, filing, and execute reception area maintenance by ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times. Must be detail oriented, organized and be able to multitask successfully. Must exhibit a professional attitude and proactive work style in a team environment. A flexible schedule and availability to work holidays, week days, and weekends is required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
