Job description:
Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist for Home Based Visiting Program. IDCC is seeking experienced psychotherapists with a Master Degree (LCSW, LMHC, LMFC) for fee for service positions for the Home Based Visiting Program.
The Home Based Visiting Program provides mental health services in the home or community settings to adults and children in Brooklyn, including the “Orthodox Community”. Services include psychosocial evaluation and individual and family therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide behavioral therapy and mental health counseling to clients, focusing on evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed and provide support for clients with PTSD and developmental disabilities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with therapeutic techniques.
