Are you a natural leader with a passion for helping people and keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for a leader to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Patient Success Coordinators across multiple locations.
What You Will Do
In this role you will oversee day-to-day PSC operations, manage scheduling to maximize patient attendance, and step in to resolve conflicts and keep things on track. You will lead trainings, conduct check-ins, support new hire onboarding, and help build a positive and motivated team culture. You will also serve as a liaison with insurance coordinators, assist with patient onboarding, handle escalations, and collaborate with billing, marketing, and administrative teams. Weekly reporting and maintaining compliance across your area will also be part of your responsibilities.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Bilingual preferred but not required

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Reports to: Area Manager
Roles and responsibilities are subject to change based on organizational needs and Area Manager discretion.
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
