American Traveler is seeking a Chemo Certified Oncology RN for a 13-week night shift travel contract at an acute care teaching hospital in Minnesota, requiring at least 2 years of oncology experience and active ONS/ONCC certification.

Acute care teaching hospital setting (Level 3 Trauma, Magnet status not specified)

Oncology unit with chemotherapy-certified nursing care

Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts)

Every 3rd weekend required
-
No on-call requirements
-
Floating within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as needed

Charts in Epic (Excellian); experience required

Navy blue scrubs required

Active MN RN license required (pending license accepted)

Current BLS certification required

Active Chemotherapy certification through ONS or ONCC required

Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience required

Epic (Excellian) EMR experience required

Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

1 supervisor reference required for consideration

Candidates who previously worked at this health system as permanent staff or per diem must have been separated for at least 3 months before being eligible

Pre-start online modules are required to be completed before the first day of the assignment

RTO requests of no more than 5 days are preferred for this assignment
