Apartment Maintenance Technician
Ramsey Management is hiring a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to help maintain our growing portfolio of apartment communities.
Responsibilities
- Painting and preparing apartments between tenants
- Installing and repairing flooring
- Handling minor plumbing repairs, including toilets, faucets, sinks and leaks
- Patching drywall and repairing doors, trim and hardware
- Completing general repairs and tenant work orders
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in apartment maintenance, construction, remodeling or handyman work
- Strong painting and flooring skills
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs correctly
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, professional and respectful around residents
This is a full-time position with steady, year-round work and opportunities to grow with the company.
