Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy that enhances customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
2. Work closely with our non-profit partners to understand their needs and tailor our services accordingly.
3. Leverage your knowledge of HubSpot, CRM, and data models to provide our customers with innovative solutions.
4. Collaborate with the C-level executives to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
5. Conduct diligence to ensure the successful implementation of our services.
6. Manage performance marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
7. Serve as a trusted advisor to our non-profit partners, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to ensure their success.
8. Monitor and report on customer health, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions proactively.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and business growth.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success role, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
2. Proven experience with HubSpot, CRM, B2B, SaaS, and data models.
3. Extensive knowledge of go-to-market strategies and performance marketing.
4. Experience working with C-level executives and non-profit organizations.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act proactively.
7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
8. A passion for customer success and a commitment to making a positive impact on non-profit organizations.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
