Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of sailing program for our day camp
- Store and manage all equipment properly and neatly
-Maintain a clean and organized waterfront
-Help manage other staff there to assist you
-Provide a fun and engaging learning environment for young children to learn the art of sailing
Experience:
- Previous experience in sailing and safety required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate children
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
