Weekend Day-Shift Construction Site Security Officer (Vehicle Patrol)
Location: Clackamas, Oregon (97015 area)
Schedule: Saturday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Hours: 24 hours per week
Compensation: Hourly
Position Overview
Rovers Security Co. is currently hiring a Weekend, Day-Shift Construction Site Security Officer for a long-term assignment in the Clackamas (97015) area. This position involves vehicle patrols in a company-issued vehicle and requires a high level of reliability, judgment, and attention to detail.
This is a steady, weekend role with consistent scheduling for the foreseeable future.
Essential Duties
- Conduct routine and randomized vehicle patrols throughout a large construction site
- Monitor site access points and respond to alarms or incidents as needed
- Observe, report, and document suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Enforce site rules and follow detailed post orders
- Complete accurate reports and shift documentation via phone app
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to safely operate a company vehicle during 12-hour shift
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work shifts consistently (Sat/Sun 6am–6pm)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior security, patrol, or construction site experience
- Comfortable working independently during scheduled hours
- Familiarity with report writing and incident documentation
